Losing weight the healthy way by eating right and exercising.

Also by no means do I agree with staving in order to stay thin, I do not want to be a stick figure instead I want to get in shape and become toned, and lose some extra weight that I have gained due to stress and poor lifestyle choices.

Height: 160cm (5'3")

SW: 60 kg

CW: 55-56 kg

LW: 48 kg

GW1: 53 kg

UGW: 50kg

Possibly UGW2: 48kg (Maybe, this is probably not ideal as I think it will be too thin, will see when i get to my UGW).

Want to lose the “tummy pudge” or the “thigh jiggle”? 
You will have to lower your OVERALL body fat. Your body loses fat systematically all over, not just in spots you designate. There is no exercise that can magically make the love handles or the lower ab pooch go away (no, not even hundreds of crunches). To lower your body fat, you do NOT need to starve yourself. You just need to eat clean in a caloric deficit, do cardio and lift weights! Simple!

I saw this on google the other day! I’m not sure how accurate it is.. but I have heard some of these before. Very interesting! I think I need to start supplementing with Magnesium =P

This was me many months ago. The last few months I relaxed on the cardio and let my diet slip a bit and gained some extra padding ;) The great thing? I can CHANGE that! I see so many posts on here about girls panicking because they ate too much over the holidays and gained a few. IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD GIRLS. Get back to exercising, go back to eating clean and you will see results. I plan on doing that myself starting this weekend with this picture as my motivation/goal.
Take advantage of being young! We can get in shape so much easier than older women! Create healthy habits now so you don’t have to worry about it so much later! Workout, eat clean, be consistent, stay positive, remain patient… you’ll get there =)

I like all of these…. BUT don’t reward yourself with food! Reward yourself with a good book, a new dress, a trip to the beach, a massage, a facial… things that make you feel good and.or better you, but aren’t in the form of FOOD!! <3
